What is the 5enses Subscription & How Does it Work?

Our 5enses Subscription has been developed to encourage people to form new habits for themselves which, science says, can help lead to a more positive, creative life, fully immersed in the present moment.

Each month, you will receive a curated selection of freshly roasted, seasonal, single origin speciality coffees, selected to stimulate your five senses.

Accompanying your coffee, you will also receive a guided ‘informal’ mindfulness exercise as well as a bespoke flavour wheel which has been designed to help elevate your sensory experience and guide you towards identifying certain flavours and aromas you will encounter.
