This stunning example of a classic washed Colombian comes from a collection of 80 smallholding farms across northern and central Huila.

With every harvest, farmers from each smallholding come together at a washing station in Dulima and assemble their crops before they are sorted and graded.

By coming together collectively, the farmers can ensure they receive more money from each harvest and help the washing station reinvest the profits back into their local community.

We only use 100% speciality grade arabica coffee. The favour notes highlighted in all of our coffees are derived naturally from the profile of the coffee itself. We don’t add any other flavour or ingredient.
